2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to our contact email before the 14-day period expires.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product;
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging;
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included;
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for a refund or return, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products;
• Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
• Digital products or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded;
• Gift cards and vouchers.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at info@vyproda.shop with your order number and the reason for your return;
• Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and the return shipping address;
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided;
• Provide us with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product was defective or we delivered the wrong item. In cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping, at no additional cost to you.

In accordance with Estonian and EU consumer law, you are also entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from the date of delivery. If a product develops a defect within this period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.

9. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend the following steps:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement again;
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary;

11. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined in this policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
